Nana and Papa Latimer got the twinkies new shirts... they are cute and they both love them! Thank you so much, we love you and miss you!!!
We baked cookies and anxiously watched them cook... then they devoured as many as I would allow them to
We finger painted both paper and themselves... Ryan's facial expression here is the epitome of his cheesiness!
We have given lots of loves and kisses... especially to daddy... they are both in a "I love daddy" stage. As soon as he walks in the door it's like momma doesn't exist and to be honest, a break has been really nice :)
We have played A LOT of Little People. They kids are now old enough to understand they are just for throwing around and destroying (although that's what Ryan likes to do most of the time still) but they actually put the people and animals in the cars/trucks and push them around, they make the animal noises with the zoo, they lay the pirates in their hammock and push them... it's just cute and I love to watch them.
Life is good here at the Blackwood home and it's about to get better. Daddy has a 3 day weekend, so we are planning on BBQ'ing, swimming, and maybe heading to the park for some hard core playing! It's also Carl and my anniversary on Saturday (5 years and counting!) so we are doing a family dinner out and then putting the kids down and enjoying some gelato and a gourmet cupcake from "The Cupcake Gallery" which is located downtown old Fayetteville! Carl doesn't know about this and he will be excited to try it!! Yay for our anniversary and yay yummy food and desserts!
