Homemade Chicken Pot Pie w/ Pillsbury Crust
Ingredients
2 Pillsbury pie crusts (thawed) or 1 pack biscuits
10oz (1 can) cream of chicken soup
10oz milk
1-1 1/2 C frozen peas/corn/carrots veggie pack
1-1 1/2 C diced cooked chicken
1/2 C shredded cheese
salt & pepper to taste
Steps
(Pre-heat oven to 400)
1. If pie crust: spray pie dish with Pam or cooking spray and line with first crust
If biscuits: take 4, fold together and roll out thinly, then line pan
2. Lay down chicken and veggies
3. Mix cream of chicken, milk, cheese, salt and pepper; pour over veggies and chicken
4. Lay second pie crust or rolled out biscuits over top
5. Bake for 20-30 minutes (until top is golden brown and crust is thoroughly cooked
