Tortilla Soup

Tortilla Soup

(picture to come tonight after I take one of the finished product!)

2 cans chicken broth (28 ounces total)
1 can (14 ounces) diced tomatoes
1-2 cups chopped carrots
1-2 cups corn (drain if canned)
1-2 cups chopped onions
1-2 cups bell peppers
1-2 cups black/pinto beans
1 jalepeno (optional)
 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Can add chicken or shrimp if desired :)

Place all in a crockpot and stew on low heat for 8 hours or high for 4-6 hours.

Pour in bowl, shred some cheese on top, top with some broken up tortilla chips and enjoy!
