The last two days it has done nothing but rain... so we went for a family outing to Walmart and checked out some Halloween deals... the kids got all decked out in their rain boots and hoodies to keep them dry and loved running and splashing in every puddle they could find from the car to Walmart and back... it was cute and it was fun! Here is Miss Randi sporting her rain boots and showing them off... she is such a ham!
And Mr Ryan just chillin' in the cart hanging out in his sports inspired rain boots... please disregard the hair as it was a rain day and none of us including mommy had their hair done! :)
When we got home from our Walmart run we decided to let the kids jump in the street puddles... don't worry we were careful and we live in a back neighborhood with very little traffic... kid friendly for sure, but the kids loved it, they jumped and ran and splashed everywhere! They were soaked from head to toe and went directly from the puddles to a bath! It was a great night followed by a funny event....
The twinkies have started sleeping permanently in their toddler beds and well until we have the actual crib guards we have been putting their large bean bags next to their beds... this was the outcome of Randi's first night... still asleep like an angel! Love it :) Ryan is doing great and sleeping well in his toddler bed! So excited but also sad that our babies are growing up so fast!
