Food for Friday, Crockpot Spaghetti



Crockpot Spaghetti

So I normally take the easy way and by spaghetti sauce at the store, because I never knew how to make it home made, but I just started throwing stuff in the pot and it turned out great this week, so here's what I did (Mind you I don't measure anything)

12oz of tomato paste
2 Cups Water (added a bit more probably throughout)
2 cloves of fresh garlic (pressed)
fresh minced onion
cayenne pepper
oregano
basil
thyme
salt
and I wanted to add some fresh tomatoes, but unfortunately I didn't have any on hand... so it's chunkless this time around

Added it all in the crockpot, set it for 4 hours on high, threw in some meatballs and stirred periodically, throwing in more seasoning as needed
I also added some browned ground beef near the end too for extra meat (for the hubby)
Add noodles at 1 hour before eating time so they will soften up and be ready
