Food for Friday, Homemade Chicken Calzones

Homemade Chicken Calzones

Ingredients
8 (1 pack) Pilsbury or other brand premade crescent roll dough (or homemade dough if you have a bread machine)
10-12 oz chicken breasts cut into strips and cooked through
Diced green peppers and jalepenos
Diced onion
Diced bacon or other filling
Shredded cheese of choice (We use a mixture of colby and pepperjack)
Garlic salt
Cayenne Pepper

Roll all pilsbury dough together then cut into rectangles (4 total, so basically combine two of the triangles to make a rectangle)
Layer on cheese and toppings
Top with a second rectangle
Sprinkle on spices
Put calzones on greased baking sheet
Place in 375 degree pre-heated oven on middle rack
Cook for 10-12 minutes

Enjoy!

I'm sure pepporoni or ham would taste equally as well, it really was light and fluffy and delicious!
