Food for Friday, Stuffed Pepper Soup

Stuffed Pepper Soup

Ingredients:
2lbs ground beef
2- 15oz cans of tomato sauce
2- 14oz can diced tomatoes
3.5 Cups Water
2 Cups diced green bell peppers
2 beef bullion cudes
1/2 C packed brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1 Cup uncooked minute rice

Brown and drain beef, add all ingredients to soup pot or a crockpot and cook until peppers are tender... add rice and cook for additional 10-15 minutes (until rice is tender) and serve... simple and delicious!

You can add some onions or garlic for additional flavor or a bit of cayenne pepper for some spice :)
