Thank you Pinterest! I found this online on pinterest and just made a few alterations to it :)
1lb beef
1/2 onion
1/2 green pepper
3 cloves garlic
Add to frying pan and cook until beef is done
Add 32-40oz tomatoe sauce (I used an all natural veggie medley sauce from Preggo)
4 C shredded mozzarella cheese
15 oz Ricotta cheese (I got the skim)
Uncooked Lasagna noodles
Spray crockpot with cooking spray (including sides)
Layer on sauce/meat mixture
Layer on 1/3 of the cheese mixture
Layer on noodles
repeat one to two more times and then top with the final amount of sauce and meat mixture (if any extra cheese you can throw on top too)
If home you can cook on medium-high heat for 4 hours, if starting in the morning and letting it cook all day, put on low for 8 hours...
Probably the best lasagna I've ever had! And I am not one to usually say I like lasagna let alone love it!
