32-26oz chicken stock
1 medium onion chopped
5-8 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
2lbs potatoes diced into 1/4 inch cubes
6 cups corn
(can add 8oz diced cooked bacon for flava)
salt and pepper to taste (I add a few dashes of seasoning salt too)
turn on low for 8 hours
Puree with hand held mixer or blender about 30 minutes before eating
Add 16oz half and half
Top with crumbled bacon, cheese, and oyster crackers...

Love your food for friday posts! One suggestion in my own opinion would be to put the title of the dish in the title of your blog post. That way it can be easily found when needed. There are a couple of the food for friday's that I've been interested in then can't find when I want to try them :(
