Food for Friday Homemade Meatballs

 Homemade Meatballs

2lbs ground beef
1 Tbls water
1 Tbls Worcestershire sauce
1 Cup crushed croutons or bread crumbs
1 large minced carrot
1 medium minced onion
salt and pepper to taste

Mix above together thoroughly.

 

Spray a cookie sheet
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Roll meat mixture into 1-1 1/2 inch balls


Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Place cookie sheet in freezer (if not using immediately)
When meatballs are cooled place into ziploc baggy and date. 
I use mine within a month
