Food for Friday, Pimento Cheese

Pimento Cheese


3 oz cream cheese
1 C sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
1 C monterey jack cheese (grated)
1/2 C mayo
3 Tblsp pimentos (smashed or finely chopped)
Dashes of: salt, texas pete, cayenne pepper, worcestershire sauce

Mix all together and refrigerator over night

If it's too stiff or chunky add extra mayo

This will be a side cracker dip for SuperBowl Sunday! Mmmm.... so good!
