The twinkies on New Years Eve... they look so cute! Thanks grandma and grandpa Blackwood for the darling shirts! I love them and I think everyone else did as well!
Aven and Ryan look utterly bored... don't you love that Aven is 9 months old and Ryan is almost 13 months old and Aven has about 4 times the amount of hair as Ryan!? Haha... I love his hair though, and to give Ryan the benefit of the doubt, I have cut his twice! They are best buds!
He is definitely my silly monkey! He loves to read books, I just wish he would bring me more than 2 over and over again, we have about 50 books, but he just likes the same ones... over and over and over and over again... I hate to admit this, but one day I hid them! He brought me different books that day... so I think I will start changing books weekly... yep... maybe even toys!
Miss Randi loves the camera... she is such a doll and I just love her little tights and skirt... hehe... she is definitely more stylish than her mom has ever been, but in my old age, I'm slowly learning the in's and out's of fashion... and really now that I have kids as long as they are dressed cute then the attention stays on them, so really it doesn't matter what mommy looks like!
Ryan after getting his first taste of an Oreo! I think he likes it!
Randi showing me she was All Done, and wanting another one... She was so messy, but it was so fun and she was so cute!
This shot was Randi trying to steal Ryan's cookie... little thief!
HAPPY NEW YEAR! Kenni and Hannah right after midnight!
This should have been above the last photo... oops! Oh well, I'm too lazy to change it :) But this was Randi and Aven and their "drive in movie date" movie= Harry Potter, dinner= bottles :) Love them!
Me and my best friend Shawnee right after the New Year... so glad I was able to share it with her. She is an amazing woman. I am so blessed to have ran into an old elementary school friend (Rey) and meet his beautiful and fun wife, not to mention an amazing cook! Mmm... lumpia... She has been a strength and support to me throughout many rough days and I will miss her and Aven dearly when we move back to NC, we will miss Rey too! He is a great daddy to Aven, a wonderful hubby to Shawnee, treats the twins so great, and truly cares about our family. Definitely an amazing family and great friends!
Another snow day! This time there was about 2inches on the ground and still snowing, so I thought I'd take the kiddos out in the fresh snow while it was still soft and see if they liked it more... here is Ryan all dressed up and ready to go!
And the beautiful Miss Randi! Isn't she lovely!?
Momma pulled them around for a long time! They loved the sleds and they definitely loved being on their belly on their sleds because sometimes momma got a little crazy and when they sat up they had a hard time keeping their balance with her driving! :) It was fun, when I stopped Randi would fuss, she liked to keep moving... it was a serious workout! My thighs and buns were definitely burning!
Ryan running all around, he was kicking the balls and chasing them, he definitely loved the snow this time around, I think he gets the love of cold and snow from his daddy, definitely didn't get it from his momma! She'll take the beach anyday!
Here I was trying to teach them to catch snowflakes with their tongues, if you look closely, Ryan's tongue is out, Randi did it a few times here, but in this picture they were both more concerned with what Nana was doing in the doorway... they love the camera and always know when it appears!
New Years was amazing and snowdays are always fun, even if I don't love the snow, with the kids it makes it more enjoyable!

I love that they love the camera! Cy is in a stage that when I grab the camera he says, "cheese!" I love it, so much fun.
