We also had a Christmas later on in the day (after the kids' afternoon naps) at my dad's house... he is building right now and finished the basement just in time for Christmas so we were lucky enough to spend first Christmas in their NEW house with them. It was an exciting time for them and it was a fun Christmas night. We opened presents and played games! I am a game-acholic and so I disregarded my children for a few hours and focused on winning! Too bad Alan and I tied in our first game of Phase 10 Twist! Awesome game, I highly recommend it :)
An action shot of Kelly and Alan playing some serious Phase 10 Twist... did I mention how fun this game is!?
The kids all definitely stayed busy playing with toys. Addi was showing the kids how to use their new laptop here, what a great big cousin huh? She helped them open their gifts as well, which is definitely appreciated, momma can only open so many gifts!
Here is grandpa showing Ryan how to operate his new truck... it has a siren and boy oh boy does Ryan know how to push that button to make it go! He was cute with it and would push it all around going "vroooom, vroom..." Thank you grandpa and grandma!
First off, isn't Randi's tutu the cutest thing ever? You don't have to answer, I know it is! haha... She loved her collection of ponies and was definitely not fond of sharing them... luckily Addi got a few of her own so they didn't have to share :)
