Food for Friday- Cauliflower Soup

Yes I've been horribly slacking, but that's what happens when the holidays hit! Here is a new one though!

Cauliflower soup

Ingredients
1 heads of cauliflower, diced
3/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup chopped celery
8 cups veggie or chicken broth
black pepper and salt to taste

2 cups light cream
1Tbs Worcestershire sauce

Combine all but cream and sauce to a crockpot... cook on high for 4-5 hours or medium low for 8 hours



Puree with hand held puree or with blender
Add milk and sauce, heat additional 20 minutes.

Serve with crackers and shredded cheese


Healthy, filling and delicious!
