Buffalo Chicken Calzone
1/2 batch pizza dough or 1 pack Pillsbury crescent rolls
2C cubed chicken breast1/2C+ Buffalo sauce, divided (I used Texas Pete's buffalo wing sauce)
1C mozzarella cheese, shredded
1C mild cheddar cheese, shredded
If you want more intense flavor you can thaw your chicken put it into a bowl with 4 Tbls Wing sauce and marinate overnight... or for a quick meal... look below
Toss thawed chicken in 4Tbls wing sauce and either bake in oven at 375 degrees until cooked through or throw in skillet and cook through, put chicken aside in bowl
Roll out Pizza dough and split into 4 quarters or separate crescent rolls and combine 2 together and spread into rectangles
Pour about another 1 Tblsp on one side of each rectangle, sprinkle with mixture of cheeses, add on layer of chicken, spread on more cheese, fold dough side over top and pinch ends together forming a seal... do for all 4 pockets.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes and Enjoy!
